What is the refund policy?

Refunds will not be provided for purchased activities and events. Registration can be transferred to another person or a credit can be used for a future offering.


I registered for an offering that was subsequently cancelled. Will I get a refund?

If an offering is cancelled by Hallenross, all registrations will be refunded, less the 2.9% Stripe processing fee. Conversely, registration costs are able to be transferred to credit in full for future offerings if requested.


How do I claim a credit?

When your credit was issued, you should have been sent a discount code. If you need this code resent, please email [email protected]


How long does it take for CEUs to appear on my CEU transcript?

All CEU-earning offerings will submit CEUs within 60 days. If CEUs do not appear, please email [email protected].


Where is my certificate of completion?

Certificates are available upon request. Please email [email protected] within 30 days after the offering ends.
